• To identify additional resources for supporting project activities among the members of the network
• To encourage new applications of the concept and methods
• To invite visits from potential users and interested parties
• To organize and evaluate input from the Master Toolkit Advisory Group
• To develop a Master Toolkit for establishing AIDS mediator training
